Winklevoss
Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss are identical twin athletes who competed for the United States rowing team at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. The twins came in sixth place in the men's pair event.
The Winklevoss twins are also the co-founders of ConnectU, a social media site considered a rival to Facebook. The Winklevoss twins sued Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in 2004, claiming he stole their social networking idea. Zuckerberg worked for the Winklevoss twins on ConnectU in 2003.1

At The Olympics
Though the Winklevosses did not win a medal in Beijing, they earned a spot in the "grand final" after placing second in the semifinal round. The twins came in last place in the final event with a time of 7:05.58. The Australian rowing team took home the gold, finishing over 28 seconds earlier. Canada and New Zealand earned the silver and bronze medals, respectively.3
