Guide Note:Two sets of blueprints for the new WTC tower were found in a public trash can Manhattan, New York by a homeless man.

The man brought the documents, marked as "Secure Document-Confidential" to the "New York Post". The 150 page document appeared to be missing 14 pages according to experts. The schematic contained detailed floor plans of the construction project to be built at Ground Zero, known as the Freedom Tower.
