Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church
The Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church is an organization of Knoxville, TN, residents committed to the values of the Unitarian Universalist movement. The congregation was attacked by a gunman on the morning of July 27, 2008. The perpetrator reportedly entered the church and fired a shotgun at random, sending seven church members to the hospital, including two who were pronounced dead within hours.1
