Seth Rogan, the star of Superbad and Knocked Up, hosted Saturday Night Live on October 6, 2007. The special musical guest was Spoon.

Highlights of the episode included the "2007 Douche of the Year" competition which was judged by Sharon Osborne and Gene Simmons, three MacGruber sketches starring Will Forte, "Jeremy and Stacia" which starred Rogen and Kristin Wiig as two obnoxious kids, and "A Moment with Rowlf and the Sweedish Chef" which starred Rogen, Andy Samberg, Maya Rudolph, Fred Armisen and Bill Hader as classic muppet characters.
