Storyline

Anna Faris returns as the young and naive Cindy, now out of college and working as a news broadcaster. She pleads with her boss to do a story on local crop circles, much like in the film Signs. Cindy later visits with Brenda, also from the previous Scary Movie films, played by Regina Hall. Brenda tells Cindy of this videotape, saying first you watch the tape, then the phone rings and you die seven days later, much like in The Ring. Sure enough Brenda dies seven days later. The President, played by Leslie Nielsen, along with his Secret Service member, played by Ja Rule, visit Cindy to investigate her claims of an alien invasion related to the crop circles. The film parodies several films including 8 Mile, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Bruce Almighty and The Matrix.
