Sara Khoshjamal
Iranian taekwondo athlete Sara Khoshjamal qualified to compete in the Olympic taekwondo competition at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. She is the first female taekwondo athlete to compete in the Olympics for Iran.

Taekwondo Career
Khoshjamal competed in the Asian Taekwondo Qualification Tournament in November of 2007 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She won a gold medal in the competition, which earned a berth to the 2008 Summer Olympics. She also won a gold medal at the International Taekwondo Tournament held in South Korea in July of 2008. Her story, the first female taekwondo athlete to compete in the Olympics, is being chronicled in a documentary by a Dubai-based ABC reporter.
