Drugging Allegations
Britney Spears' mother, Lynne Spears accused Lutfi of drugging her daughter and mentally and emotionally manipulating her. She claims that the producer told Spears that if she didn't do exactly what he said, she would never see her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline again.1
Restraining Order
A restraining order was taken out by Spear' father, James Spears, against Lutfi on February 21, 2008. The order restricts Lutfi from coming within 250 feet of Britney Spears or her home.2
Lifted from Restraint
On July 31, 2008, an attorney for Britney Spears announced that a restraining order extension will not be needed against Lutfi. Spears indicated that she does not wish to see Lutfi again, yet doesn't feel the need to reinstate the restraining order.3
