Rudy Giuliani Convention Speech 2008
Rudy Giuliani, former mayor of New York City and 2008 Republican presidential candidate, was supposed to appear as the keynote speaker on the second night of the 2008 Republican Convention on September 2, 2008. In the wake of Hurricane Gustav, Giuliani's speech was moved to the following evening; he spoke immediately before vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.1
