Former American Idol winner Ruben Studdard faces state and federal liens after allegedly not paying over $190,000 in taxes. According to Fox News Channel on August 29, 2008, Studdard owes $21, 730 in state income taxes and $171, 920 in federal income taxes. The unpaid taxes are reportedly from 2003.1
