The trailer begins with a toast to the bride- and groom-to-be with these words, "we are gathered here to celebrate love, pure and simple...Rachel is pure, Sydney is simple." Kym is released from drug rehab to return home for Rachel's wedding. Kym immediately tells her sister Rachel that she would swear to God that Rachel is puking again. When giving a toast, Kym breaks the glass of wine when she taps it with a spoon. Drama follows Kym as she causes fights and disrupts the weekend with her behavior. The wedding celebration is shown, followed by a scene of a car crash. Kym returns home disheveled and is cared for by her family. A new toast is given with the statement, "we are one, all of us...and this is how it is in heaven."1
