Playboy Magazine, originally titled "Stag Party," is a monthly magazine founded by Hugh Hefner in 1953. The magazine features "tasteful" nude photos of women, along with articles on sports, fashion, consumer goods, and political and public figures.

The first centerfold was Marilyn Monroe and the top selling Playboy issue was the November 1972 publication featuring Pam Rawings which sold 7,161,561 copies.
