Altercation
Richid Altmbareckouhammou was reportedly taking snaps and videotaping actor Matthew McConaughey as he was surfing at a Malibu, California, beach on June 21, 2008. A group of surfers were said to have confronted Altmbareckouhammou and began arguing with him and telling him to leave. As tempers flew, a scuffle broke out between the photographer and two of the surfers and the photographer was allegedly shoved to the ground and his camera tossed into the ocean. Altmbareckouhammou pressed charges against the surfers for alleged battery.3
