Former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan testified before the House Judiciary committee on June 20, 2008. He stated that he did not think President Bush caused or had knowledge of the leak of CIA agent Valerie Plame's identity. McClellan later stated, during a discussion of his book, What Happened, that Bush had admitted authorizing the leak to him long after the fact.
