North Korea Inspector Ban
North Korea removed the seals and cameras installed by The International Atomic Energy Agency when Kim Jong Il decided to end the country's nuclear program in 2007. According to The New York Times, the removal may indicate an intent to rebuild the Yongbyon plant and to revitalize North Korea's nuclear weapons project.1
