Columbia University student Masha Markova threatened legal action against Lindsay Lohan after she spotted her missing $11,000 blond mink coat on Lohan in an "OK Magazine" layout.
Markova was at the 1 Oak New York City bar attending a birthday party on January 26, 2008, when the jacket disappeared.
Markova was siting near Lohan at the celebration. The coat was returned to Markova by 1 Oak employees two days after Markova's attorney made contact with Lohan's counsel. Lohan has been asked to pay a $10,000 rental fee for the three weeks the coat was in her possession.
