Singer Mariah Carey lost 32 pounds in four months on the Morsel Diet. You can eat whatever you want on this diet, but it has to be less than a fork full. Carey says that she "invented" this diet in 2006 because she got too "bulky" and wanted to lose weight. She is now in the same size as she was in the 10th grade.

Dieting is not the only thing that Mariah Carey has done to lose weight. She works out for about 90 minutes and does cardio with resistance training.

On April 14, 2008, Mariah Carey appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show to talk about her amazing weight loss. She commented about it saying: "It's not about necessarily even a size.
