Lyndsey Rodrigues is an Australian actress and model. She is a co-host on MTV's TRL Live.The Sydney Born Brunette was the host of the Australian version of TRL, as well as a VJ and host for various shows on the channel.
In 2007, she guest hosted the US Version of MTV's Total Request Live. After the taping, she was offered the job of permanent co-host which had been vacated by Vanessa Minnillo.
She is now a popular figure on the show interviewing the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Will Smith and the Foo Fighters.
In 2008, she appeared in a layout for the popular men's magazine Maxim.
