Lisa Robyn Marinelli is a substitute teacher who is accused of having sexual relations with a 17-year-old student. Further accusations state that she gave the 17-year-old a pair of her underwear as a memento.
Court documents show that Marinelli sent at least 35 text messages to the boy. Several of the text messages were detailed in court.
"Ur car looks awesome! Al u need is a hot mom sittin next u and ud really b in business."1
"How about a quickie 2 morrow afternoon?"1
"U can meet me at home at 3. Real men only need 20 min! We will be alone cause there is a field trip."1
Authorities state that communication between the two started when the boy was 16. Authorities have documented hundreds of phone calls and text messages exchanged between the two. The boy can recall 10 separate occasions of having sexual encounters with Marinelli, mostly in her car.
On one occasion the boy's father noticed that his son was "holding his pants together and putting them back in place" as he left Marinelli's car. Under Florida law, a 17-year-old cannot consent to having sex with a person older than 24.
