Guide Note: "Now And Then" is the title of an un-released John Lennon song. Lennon began work on "Now And Then" during the 70's but it was never finished. In 1994 Paul McCartney was give a copy of several unfinished Lennon songs by Yoko Ono. In 1995 the surviving members of The Beatles reunited for The Beatles Anthology and worked on three unfinished Lennon songs, "Real Love", "Free As A Bird", and "Now And Then". "Real Love" and "Free As A Bird" were released but "Now And Then" was left unfinished. Reports have since circulated that Paul McCartney is interested in finishing the song with Ringo Starr and releasing it as a Lennon-McCartney composition. The release of "Now And Then" would also be in tribute to Neil Aspinall, a close friend of The Beatles, who died of lung cancer in 2008.
