John A. Russo Jr
John A. Russo Jr was the second man charged in the case of the missing New Jersey woman Amy Giordano. Russo has been accused of evidence tampering and is facing 18 months in prison. The charges were announced on March 21, 2008, a day after Rosario DiGirolamo was charged with murdering Amy Giordano.
