Guide Note:Jessie Dotson has been arrested and charged with the murders of 4 adults and two children in the
Lester Street Massacre. Dotson is the brother of victim Cecil Dotson, who was renting the house where the shooting occurred. Dotson was reportedly identified by a nine year old victim, who told police "Uncle Junior did it."
