Jell-O

Jell-O is a popular form of powdered gelatin. Jell-O brand products also include no-bake pies, cheesecake, pudding and tapioca. It can be bought ready to eat in individual portion sized cups, or in a powder form, then made at home. The powdered form of fruit Jell-O is made by dissolving the powder in boiling water, then letting it chill in the refrigerator until it sets.
