Jason Kottke is a pioneering blogger from New York City. He left a solid career in web design to work on Kottke.org, his blog on "the liberal arts 2.0," full-time. Before leaving web design he worked on web sites for clients like 3M, Etrade, Charles Schwab and Target. A blogging pioneer he started his first blog 0sil8 in March of 1998. Kottke lives in New York City with his wife Meg Hourihan and son Ollie.
