Heiress Jacqueline Kent Cooke was arrested on June 28, 2008, after being warned numerous times by a police officer not to drive her car home while intoxicated. She defiantly sat in the drivers seat and started the engine. When the Boston police officer stood in front of the vehicle to stop her, she asked, "Do you know who I am?"

On June 28, 2008, a Boston police officer saw two women leaving the South Street diner with a waitress following them closely. Jacqueline Kent Cooke and her friend were questioned. They said that they "forgot to pay" the bill.
Thats Not My BMW
When Cooke and her female friend went back in the diner to pay the bill, the officers saw a set of car keys fall on to the counter. Noticing that Cooke and her friend were intoxicated, he warned them not to drive.
Take A Cab?
Cooke and her friend walked away from the diner on foot, but returned to the car minutes later. The officer recommended they take a taxi home. Again they walked away, this time they came back 10 minutes later. One of the women "mooned" (lifted up the back of her skirt) the officer.
Do You Know Who I Am?
Cooke got in the drivers seat of her car and started her engine. The officer stood in front of the car to block it and called for backup. Cooke then said, "Do you know who I am?" The proceeded to threaten the officer that he would lose his badge. She was arrested for driving under the influence.
