Inglorious Bastards
Inglorious Bastards is the name of an upcoming film project by director Quentin Tarantino. The film takes place during World War II and concerns a group of criminals that must battle Nazis to escape to Switzerland. Tarantino reportedly plans to make Inglorious Bastards into two separate films.1

The Roots of the Film
Tarantino's film takes it name and premise from the 1977 Italian film Inglorious Bastards. The film is, as of July 2008, still in pre-production, although Tarantino has finished the screenplay.5
