Making White Sangria
- Now you're ready to start making a batch of White Sangria. The recipe below serves about 8 people. If you're making White Sangria for a large party, you may want to double (or even triple) the recipe. Let's get started:

- Take the Peach, Orange and Apple and cut them into slices.
- Pour the Cognac and Sugar into your pitcher and stir them until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the white wine and the fruit to your pitcher.
- Finish it off by adding the Ginger Ale.
- Stir the mixture well and place in the refrigerator to cool.
- Add the ice cubes when you are ready to drink the White Sangria.
- Serve and enjoy!
