Georgia Gould
American mountain biking champion Georgia Gould was selected to join the U.S. Olympic cycling team at the 2008 Summer Olympics.1 She competed in the women's cross country mountain biking event, in which she placed eighth.2

Cycling Career
Gould won her first major mountain biking competition in 2006, when she won the USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships. Gould competed on the National Mountain Bike Series in 2007 and finished first in six events. Also in 2007, she took home first place at the Pan American Mountain Bike Championships.3
