George Feigley
George Feigley is the leader of the Neo-American Church. In 1975, he was convicted of child sex offenses that led to 33 years in prison. He was released on August 15, 2008.
His release caused concern as he can not be placed on the sex offender register as his conviction pre-dates Megan's Law.1
