Gearhart Plane Crash
A single-engine Cessna 172 plane crashed into a home in Gearhart, Oregon, on the morning of August 4, 2008, killing three children in the home and two adults in the plane. The crash occurred after the plane struck a tree in conditions that were reportedly foggy with low clouds.1
