Fair food is often served on a stick. It is available at fairs and carnivals and usually eaten while walking around. Popular foods include ice cream cones, cotton candy, funnel cake and deep-fried candies, meats and desserts.

1. Push a bamboo skewer into each unwrapped Snickers bar and freeze it a few hours or overnight.
2. Beat together 3 eggs and 1/4 cup sugar. Slowly add 2 cups of milk to the mixture while beating.
3. Combine 3 2/3 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons baking powder. Add in to the wet mixture and mix until uniform.
4. Heat a deep fryer or pot of oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
