Elizabeth Lesser

Elizabeth Lesser is the co founder and senior adviser of the Omega Institute, a college that focuses on health and wellness, personal spiritual growth, and self-awareness. She is also the author of The Seeker's Guide. Lesser has studied for over 30 years in self healing.
Lesser was featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show on April 9, 2008.
