Eshan Amin was arrested on July 4, 2008 in connection with the kidnapping and murder of Homaira Rahman.1
Rahman was found a half-mile from her home in Vienna, Virginia. The cause of death was reportedly "trauma to the upper body." An official report is pending the results of an autopsy.1
