EB Butterfly Necklace

Guide Note:
The EB Butterfly Necklace is a sterling silver butterfly pendant that hangs from a black cord. The necklace was co designed by married couple Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette along with Satya Jewelry to benefit the EB Medical Research Foundation.
Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) is a rare genetic disorder that causes a person's skin to become fragile. The disease causes blisters outside of the body as well as inside. Most sufferers from this disorder don't live past the age of 30.
On March 21, 2008, David and Courteney challenged members of the entertainment community to raise $1 million in two weeks for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation.
The necklaces were featured on the March 31, 2008 episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show.
