Drew Barrymore is an American actress and film producer. She was born on February 22, 1975 in Culver City, California. She is the daughter of actors John Drew Barrymore and Ildiko Jaid Barrymore. She has three siblings, actor John Blyth Barrymore, Blyth Dolores Barrymore, and Brahma Jessica Blyth Barrymore. Barrymore was born into a long line of actors dating back nearly 200 years. They include grandparents, great grandparents and great-great grandparents. Barrymore married bar owner Jeremy Thomas on March 20, 1994 and divorced a month later on April 28, 1994. She was married again on July 7, 2001 to comedian Tom Green. The couple was only married a year before divorcing on October 15, 2002. There were rumors in March of 2007 that Barrymore was romantically linked to radio show host Jane Pratt. Barrymore is currently dating actor Justin Long.

When Barrymore was 11 months old, she appeared in a dog food commercial. She made her film debut in the science fiction film Altered States in 1980. In 1982, she became famous with her role of Gertie in the film E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial. In 1984, she played in the film Irreconcilable Differences for which she won a Golden Globe Award. In 1992, Barrymore played the role of an evil seductress in the film Poison Ivy. She went on to play in more well known films such as Scream, The Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates, and Fever Pitch .
