Dennis Kozlowski
Dennis Kozlowski is the former CEO of the manufacturing company, Tyco International. In 2005, Kozloswki was convicted of misappropriating funds and defrauding company shareholders and sentenced to serve time in a state prison.
CNBC put Kozlowski back in the spotlight in March 2008 when it advertised a taped interview with Kozlowski for its show American Greed. CNBC's assertion that the interview would be the first one given since Kozlowski went to prison was false statement, as Kozlowski had been interviewed on 60 Minutes in March of 2007.
