Dawn Harper Gold
American Dawn Harper won a gold medal in the women's Track and Field 100m hurdles event during the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Harper's teammate Lolo Jones was in the lead when Jones broke her stride after hooking her right foot on the ninth hurdle.1
Harper finished the event with a personal best time 12.54 seconds.1
