David Plouffe
Democratic strategist David Plouffe was the manager of President-Elect Barack Obama's campaign during the 2008 election. He is credited with running one of the most successful campaigns in recent history.1 Plouffe is partner of AKP&D Message and Media, a consulting firm led by David Axelrod. Plouffe has been mentioned as a possible replacement for the Delaware Senate seat being vacated by Vice President-elect Joe Biden.2
