David Duchovny is a Golden Globe-winning American actor, writer and director who has appeared in multiple television shows and movies. While Duchovny is perhaps best known as agent Fox Mulder on the science fiction show The X Files, he has also appeared in a number of feature length films including Zoolander, House of D, Evolution and the 2007 movie Things We Lost in the Fire. Duchovny currently stars in the Showtime original series Californication. His next film is the sequel to the original X File movie, tentatively titled X Files: I Want to Believe.

On August 14, 2008, The Hollywood Reporter announced the production company Duchovny and his wife Leoni share, And Then Prods, would be working on the upcoming film Born to Rock.¹
