Darren Tuck

Darren Tuck, 26, turned-over a video-tape of an unidentified underage girl being sexually assaulted to Nye County sheriff's investigators on September 8, 2007. County sheriff detective, David Boruchowitz reported that the tape was given over after another man, who Tuck showed the tape to, threatened to contact police. Tuck was later arrested on two felony counts of promoting and possessing child pornography. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison. The girl was found on September 28, 2007.
