Dalai Lama Exhaustion
The Dalai Lama was diagnosed with exhaustion and would be taking at least three weeks to rest after undergoing medical testing, his office reported on August 27, 2008. The Tibetan spiritual leader has canceled planned trips to Mexico and the Dominican Republic and will not be taking any appointments while he recuperates.1
