Cuidando Los Ninos
Guide Note: The Cuidando Los Ninos is a childcare group out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their mission is to provide quality childcare and therapeutic services to children that are homeless. The program offers help to parents while they are trying to find new housing.
A new building to house Cuidando Los Ninos is being built on 1500 Walter St. SE. It will be next to the John Marshal Multi-services Center.
On April 16, 2008 the Lend a Hand Tour hosted by Al Roker from Today gave over $200,000 worth of merchandise to Cuidando Los Ninos to help them out.
