Viva la Vida, the fourth studio album by the self-described "very heavy soft rock" band, Coldplay, is set to release in June 2008.¹

Produced by ambient music pioneer, Brian Eno, the album is infused with a Latin American influence and finds the band experimenting with various tonal and instrumental themes, such as darker lyrics, more prominent percussion, distorted guitars, and deeper, sexier vocals from lead singer Chris Martin.²
