Cherry Jones

Guide Note
Cherry Jones is a stage, screen and television actress, who recieved Tony Awards for her performances as "Catherine Sloper" in the 1995 Lincoln Center production of The Heiress and as "Sister Aloysius" in John Patrick Shanley's Doubt (2005). She has also appeared on stage in Angels in America (1993-1994) and Nora Ephron's Imaginary Friends (2002-2003).
Jones has appeared in the films, Cradle Will Rock, The Perfect Storm and Oceans Twelve. She also had roles in the M. Night Shyamalan films, Signs and The Village.
Recently, Jones played the role of President Allison Taylor on FOX's hit drama series 24.
