Chanel has released a sneak preview of it's fall 2008 beauty color collection, inspired by Peter Philips, creative director of Chanel makeup. Philips says "he chose gold because of the warm metallic colors used in Coco Chanel's apartment on Rue Cambon"

The collection is scheduled for release in July and will be followed by Philips holiday collection in October. Although pricey, Chanel is hoping the new Gold Fiction will be the next have to have for women everywhere.
