Casey Cooper has been a reoccurring cast member on a number of MTV reality shows.

On the Gauntlet 3, Cooper was one of the Veterans that went up against the Rookies. She was also on Real World/Road Rules Challenge Fresh Meat along with fellow teammates Evan Starkman, Danny Jameison, Evelyn Smith, Kenny Santucci, Diem Brown and Eric Banks.
