Barclay admitted to officers that he filmed sexual encounters at his home without the knowledge of his sexual partners, which he saved them to his computer for later use. Barclay resigned from public office on April 2. Legal developments: No formal charges have been brought against Barclay, although the police investigation is ongoing. On April 10, the alleged rape victim was charged with one count of making false reports to law enforcement authorities.
