Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar is a mixed martial artist for the Ultimate Fighting Championship and a former professional and amateur wrestler. He is best known for his brief career with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Lesnar had his first win in the UFC octagon on August 9, 2008 in Minneapolis Minnesota, against veteran fighter Heath Herring.

Wrestling
After a successful amateur wrestling career, Lesnar debuted in the WWE in 2002. He quickly rose to the top of the WWE, winning the WWE Title within his first year. Lesnar would go on to feud with the likes of Hulk Hogan, The Rock, and The Undertaker. Lesnar also won the 2002 King of the Ring tournament and the 2003 Royal Rumble.
Lesnar left the WWE in 2004 to pursue a career in the NFL. This upset many in the WWE due to the fact that the company had invested so much in Lesnar. Lesnar tried out for the Minnesota Vikings, but was eventually cut from the team for not showing up to practices.
MMA
Lesnar announced that he would start a mixed martial arts career and had his first fight in 2007 for the K-1 promotion. He defeated his first opponent, Min Soo Kim, by submission. Lesnar then signed with UFC and had his first fight on February 2, 2008. Lesnar was defeated by Frank Mir via submission in the first round. Lesnar had his first win in the UFC octagon on August 9, 2008, in Minneapolis Minnesota, against Heath Herring.
