Guide Note:Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the prostitute whose dalliance with Eliot Spitzer forced the New York governor to resign, may have been under 18 when she was filmed by Girls Gone Wild (GGW) in Florida in 2003. Dupre allegedly appears on the GGW video Girls Gone Wild: Spring Break 2005 - Anything Goes and on March 19, 2008, Girls Gone Wild began selling footage of Dupre they claim was shot on Spring Break 2003. On March 12, Joe Francis, the head of the GGW empire, pleaded no contest to charges of child abuse and prostitution in conjunction with the filming of underage girls on Panama City Beach during Spring Break 2003. GGW claims the footage of Dupre was shot after her 18th birthday, in Miami. Dupre has, at different times, gone by the names Ashley Youmans, Ashley DiPietro, and Amber Arpaio.
