Eliot Spitzer scandal, reportedly appeared on the
Girls Gone Wild: Spring Break 2005 - Anything Goes DVD. Dupre allegedly celebrated her 18th birthday in 2003 aboard a
Girls Gone Wild tour bus in
Miami,
Florida, and filmed what TMZ.com described as "a week's worth" of footage. On March 18, 2008,

Joe Francis offered Dupre $1 million to go on tour with
Girls Gone Wild, but quickly rescinded the offer, claiming he already possessed the above footage. Just days before, Francis had been released from a Nevada prison for tax evasion, and had pleaded no contest (receiving no jail time) to charges of child abuse and prostitution in connection with the filming of underage girls during the same 2003 spring break, in
Panama City, Florida.
