Ashley Alexandra Dupre (born Ashley Youmans, legal name: Ashley DiPietro), is the woman named as the prostitute at the heart of the Eliot Spitzer scandal. She appeared in a Girls Gone Wild video when she was underage and has sued the company for over $10 million.

Dupre reportedly worked as a call girl under the professional name, Kristen, and had a liaison with Spitzer on February 13, 2008, at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington. She has not been charged with a crime, but has been subpoenaed to testify in the grand jury investigation of Spitzer.

Dupre has worked as a professional singer, and has been trying to build a career in the music business. Two demo songs, "What We Want," and "Move Ya Body," are available through Amie Street's web site. Penthouse Magazine has reportedly offered Dupre $1 million for a nude photo spread, although Dupre has not yet responded to the offer.

On March 18, Girls Gone Wild (GGW) founder Joe Francis offered Dupre $1 million for a DVD and publicity tour, but rescinded the offer later the same day, claiming that GGW already possessed "hours of footage" of Dupre, which he would be releasing as a free DVD with a new GGW magazine, in April. Dupre's lawyer subsequently claimed that Dupre was under 18 when the footage was taken. Footage was then uncovered in which Dupre stated her age as 18. Dupre is now suing Girls Gone Wild, claiming that they first plied her with alcohol, ensuring she was intoxicated when she signed the release.

In late June of 2008, Dupre posted a message on her MySpace page thanking her supporters. She wrote, "Thank you all so much for taking the time to send me a bit of strength and inspiration via e-mail or comment...Your words have touched me, and I thank you for that ... with all my heart, I love you guys!." ¹ She also set her mood icon to read "thankful".
